Refunds/Returns Policy

Certification application cancellations received by CGC and PSI three days prior to the applicant taking the certification exam are eligible to receive a full refund less a $100 service fee and any processing fees from CGC. If CGC and PSI do not receive notification of the applicant´s exam cancellation 3 days prior to the applicant taking the exam, the applicant is considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for a refund. Please review the full policy in the CGC Exam Handbook and the NCG Rules and Regulations or the NMG Rules and Regulations.

Recertification application cancellations are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable application fee and any processing fees.

Please cancel your exam with PSI by calling 1-800-211-2754.

All refund requests must be made by the applicant or the organization´s credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the company and the name of the applicant. Any requests for refunds for payment made to CGC for any reason, i.e. examination services, recertification, etc., can only be honored if requested no more than three months from the date the payment was processed.
